BUD WINE 2023 – Budapest Airport’s first wine tasting
In 2023, Budapest Airport launched its very first wine selection event, marking the beginning of a new tradition. The occasion brought together three professional sommeliers, airport executives, and key business partners for a blind tasting aimed at finding wines deserving of the “BUD Wine” title. These selected labels not only reflect Hungary’s rich winemaking culture but will also represent the country’s leading airport in the years ahead.
Fam trip Budapest – a visit from the UK
When you want people to fall in love with a destination, you don’t just show them the sights — you let them feel it. That was our goal with the Fam Trip Budapest, organised in collaboration with the Budapest Convention Bureau. Over the course of four days, we welcomed international corporate travel managers to discover Budapest and Lake Balaton, mixing business with authentic Hungarian experiences.

Jewish Heritage Trip from Los Angeles to Hungary
We had the pleasure of welcoming 45 guests from the US for a memorable incentive trip to Hungary — part of a two-week Jewish heritage trip through Europe. Our guests spent one day in Budapest and one at Lake Balaton, and even in that short time, there was so much to see, learn and take in.
Medical Conference in Budapest
Boehringer Ingelheim held a two-day medical conference attended by 200 professionals from CEE. The event featured educational presentations by experts from the Pulmonology Institute and other specialised fields, focusing on current developments, clinical insights, and professional growth within the medical community.
E.ON Horizon Meetup – Business Conference
The event's primary goal was to strengthen the "thought-leadership" image. In between professional presentations, we transported the participants into the brand's own universe with a uniquely developed VR game.
We also recorded an educational radio spot on-site to reach the broadest possible target group.
Saubermacher, Site opening – protocol event
The international waste management company just reached a huge milestone when they opened their new recycling facility, and we were there to make the ceremony an outstanding get-together. We still like to think about the time we made top managers in suits to grab a shovel and plant some trees!
Wizz Air, 20th anniversary event
A huge opportunity to bring all the staff together. Wizz Air's 20th-anniversary event honoured 3000 people's journey with interactive games, unique performances, a solemn gala dinner, and a sensational party where pilots and cabin crews from all over the world celebrated together.
Express One, annual partner meeting
Express One's annual partner meeting was organised this year with a focus on sustainability. It featured gastronomic programmes and an informal atmosphere centred on networking. The impressive venue at the MOL Campus eliminated the need for additional decoration and provided an unforgettable experience with panoramic city views and live music. At the event's conclusion, leftover food was donated to the Maltese Charity Service.
E.ON, Top100 Conference & Meet-up
Twice a year, E.ON, one of Europe's largest energy companies, brings together its top 100 executives in Hungary for a series of inspiring days. Alongside professional programs and discussions, these gatherings emphasise the importance of relaxation and relationship-building among participants. In 2023, a "Breathing Beats" meditation workshop was organised to help attendees unwind and recharge. In the evening, the head of a local theatre, a famous Hungarian actor, gave insights into how to manage in the art world.
Orbico Group International Conference in Budapest
HighVibes recently had the pleasure of organising a conference, a memorable three-day experience for an international client, Orbico, during their annual General Manager Summit. This event was a unique opportunity for 75 managers worldwide to immerse themselves in Hungarian culture, build lasting connections within their team, and enjoy various activities while learning and sharing their knowledge at a professional conference.
Shaping tomorrow: E.ON Gala sets the standard for sustainable events
In a brilliant display of dedication, the E.ON award show and gala unfolded to celebrate unsung heroes shaping a sustainable future. Hosted at the Crowne Plaza Budapest, this event recognised the "Champions of the Earth" – devoted educators fostering eco-conscious minds – and set a new standard for sustainable event management.
SEON. Fraud Fighters, Team Building
In a real diverse agenda for a modern start-up community it is almost a must to offer an artisan program. We organised a team building event for 250 young developers from all around the world, specialised in cyber-risk management, with various different elements, such as sports, games, talks and yes, embroidery.
Bethesda Hospital, Charity Gala
A charity auction for the Bethesda Children’s Hospital where we provided our best asset: professional support to make the event astonishing and carbon-neutralised. One of our most moving projects, rewarded with a Marketing Diamond Award by the Hungarian Marketing Association.
Volkswagen, Caddy California press conference
Caddy California is not just a van for modern part-time hippies. It’s a lifestyle. We made sure that every element of the product demonstration event radiates this feeling of freedom. Eating great food, listening to the fire’s rustling, having meaningful conversations under the starry night.
Syngenta, Sports day
We brought summertime lake-side to Budapest for a team building event for around 100 people, a lot of them arrived from Basel to Hungary to spend a few days in the heart of Europe. The client asked for an active, sporty event, where they can let the healthy competitive spirit out of the bottle.
Fundamenta, Day of Success
The greatest award ceremony we’ve ever organised (or witnessed). With 800 sales representatives we really had to go monumental. The participants filled a sports hall and so did the stage production: among others, we worked with Smarteq, one of the most innovative technical companies in Hungary, to create a spectacular laser-show to keep guests entertained.
Budapest Airport, Party for Santa Claus
Santa arrived in Hungary by air and we threw a party for him right there at Budapest Airport! Charming event branding tools, fluffy beanbags and a little bit of digital magic made the event jolly for the kids, the parents and for the client.
CraftHub, Tech conference
We designed stage views for a huge tech conference for CraftHub. The client asked for a visual that emphasises the theme of the conferences without dominating the stage where the presentations took place. So, we did exactly that!
