Fundamenta, Day of Success

The greatest award ceremony we’ve ever organised (or witnessed). With 800 sales representatives we really had to go monumental. The participants filled a sports hall and so did the stage production: among others, we worked with Smarteq, one of the most innovative technical companies in Hungary, to create a spectacular laser-show to keep guests entertained.

In 2022, the time has finally come to leave cyberspace behind after COVID-19. Let’s jump into real-life experiences and offline events. We were ready to feel the live events’ vibrant energy and immersive vibe during the marvellous Fundamenta, Day of Success award ceremony.

This year, the event was all about unforgettable experiences. We aimed to amaze guests from the very first moment and keep their attention during the whole show. This day was all about them, for them. They stood in the spotlight, sparking even more with special, modern technology. 

The red carpet, the champagne, and the glitz were given, and we built on the pillars of pomp, success, and brilliance that are customary for Fundamenta’s annual, high-quality internal awards ceremony. We brought the framework and the small and large ideas, programs and sets that filled it, straight to the Castle Garden Bazaar. We provided a spectacular and varied show for nearly 250 people throughout the evening, organised special programs for VIP guests and made the award nominees the event’s highlight.

Our team had to put together a very complex event in a short time. So, we worked quickly, carefully planning when and what needed to be ready for the launch. We think of creative concepts that are exciting and feasible. We had to make the several-hour, non-stop program of the awards ceremony exciting. Two hundred and fifty people in evening gowns and tuxedos. All prepared for an unforgettable evening. They couldn’t be bored momentarily. And they weren’t.
